Two-year international warranty
Every timepiece is covered for 24 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is covered
Movement, hands, dial and case faults arising from manufacture. Repairs and parts are carried out free of charge at our bench.
What is not covered
Normal wear, scratches to the case, glass or strap, water damage from an unscrewed crown, and work carried out by a third party.
Service after the warranty
We service ELKA watches for as long as they exist. Send us a note and we quote before touching anything.
