Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.

Return any unworn piece within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, with the warranty card, at no cost to you.
How to start
Email us with your order number and we send a prepaid, insured return label the same working day.
Refunds
Once the piece is inspected in Neuchâtel, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Exchanges and made-to-order
Straps and standard references can be exchanged for any other. Made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale.
